Holaluz: your support channels and what happens after signing up

Although we were born as a 100% online company, people still ask us today where Holaluz’s public customer support offices are. We have always believed that we are faster and more efficient if we can help you without you having to travel anywhere and, of course, without remote support meaning that you receive a less personalised service, something that will never be an option. In case you do not know them or have not tried them, we explain how all Holaluz Customer Support channels work, whether you are already “part of the family” or not yet :)

Holaluz customer support phone number

Let’s start with “the classic” par excellence. At Holaluz you will always find people on the other end of the phone, and they will always treat you as such. We have two free contact phone numbers: 900 64 92 92 for customers and 900 67 07 07 for those who are not customers yet. On both numbers, we will assist you during our Holaluz Customer Support opening hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) for queries, questions or suggestions. We also offer you the option of leaving us your number on the home page of our website so that we can call you as soon as possible.

In the event of a fault or power cut, you can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on 900 64 94 64 (of course, also free of charge), and from there we will take care of managing everything with the distributor in your area, which is responsible for the installation. That is Holaluz Customer Support.

And finally, regarding Holaluz Customer Support, if you have a solar panel installation or you are interested in joining the Rooftop Revolution with a solar installation, you can reach us on 900 86 85 15 if you have any questions about your panels once they have been installed, and on 900 67 01 70 for everything related to contracting a photovoltaic solar installation.

This is a direct and fast channel, very useful if your matter is somewhat urgent or if you need a detailed explanation about something, as long as you do not need to provide any documents, in which case email is more advisable.

As with Holaluz phone support, for general information or assistance, we have two options: hola@holaluz.com if you are not yet a customer and clientes@holaluz.com if you already are. When contacting Holaluz through this channel, to help speed up most procedures, please bear in mind that you can attach images or other types of documents that may help us resolve your case. In our Holaluz Customer Support service, we will always help you.

And just as with the phone, in Holaluz Customer Support we also have two email addresses available for people with questions about solar panel installations: tuinstalacion@holaluz.com if you installed them with Holaluz, or solar@holaluz.com if you want to contract solar panels with us and do not have them yet.

If you need to provide us with any personal details for a specific procedure, such as your email address, the contract holder’s name or your CUPS, it is best to send us your query by email so that we can centralise the information and make the resolution process more efficient.

However, you can also send us your query through any of these networks. For general questions, you can use public comments, so if other people have the same question as you, they will be able to see the explanation we have given you :)

What happens after signing up with Holaluz?

Once you have decided to take the step and sign up for your electricity or gas tariff, the process is transparent and designed for your peace of mind. We want your electricity or gas supply switch to be as simple as possible, with no surprises.

  • Contract confirmation:  You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your electricity or gas contract and the day on which the switch will take effect. 
  • Activation date notification: We will notify you in advance of the exact date on which your supply will switch to Holaluz. There are no power cuts during this process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Access to the customer area: From day one, you will be able to access your Holaluz customer area to view your contract, consumption history and configure your details. 
  • First invoice notice in advance: We will notify you a few days before issuing the invoice so that you can review your consumption or make adjustments if you wish, offering complete transparency. 
  • First welcome contact: Our team may contact you to make sure everything is in order and to resolve any initial questions you may have.
  • Ongoing support through our support channels: Our usual support channels (phone, email and social media) remain available for any additional queries or procedures you may need, ensuring continuous customer support.
